During my flight I attempted to use a boozing verifier to purchase a beverage. When I handed the verifier to Ms. Sara, she informed me in a loud rude niceness that Southwes t Airlines no doggeder honored the drink voucher and said you heap and your coupons. Other passengers looked at me as if I had done something wrong and it was real embarrassing for me. I evening had one person ask me was Ms. Sara having a bad solar day? At that point, I asked for the coupon back and advised her that I still wanted the beverage and I would gladly accede for it. Ms. Sara did non return the coupon to me and she also took a very long time to bring me the beverage. It was very upsetting for me because I am not the type of person who has conflicts and if possible I neutralize any negative contact. I am not for sure what caused Ms. Sara to lash out at me.
